Rigging A 420 Sailboat

When the Telekom me already twittering ....

now I have so accustomed to telephone or Internet providers on deaf ears, to meet dead lines and lousy service. But to get to this information, I had been like a maniac shouting through the telephone move to talk to the lady at the other end. It all started with an order confirmation WITHOUT customer number. After I gescheiert on customer service but I then called the hotline and order which said that I do not come through the queue menu because customers demand ever-ne number. After looong has persuaded me then someone directly to a customer service representative connected.
Finally I could describe my problem is the bored wife on the phone. She promised to do everything she can (At this point must be rolled his eyes.) and wanted me to send you an email with new dates.

first I had nor the telecoms got this path to move to something. But ultimately it has a re-confirmed: The customer service from such providers is unacceptable. Whether email ... Phone ... or through social networks.
